Launch of Technical Assistance Survey and Landscape Analysis

FUND CI is pleased to launch a survey to better understand CDFI technical assistance, with a focus on small business technical assistance and CDFI’s approaches and best practices.

The survey supports our larger project which will focus on understanding small business CDFIs’ technical assistance approaches, including how they identify needed interventions; what can be learned from those CDFIs that provide a high proportion of loans to women; and how approaches may be tailored to clients who are women. This project is funded by the CDFI Research Consortium at the Center for Impact Finance, University of New Hampshire.

The project focuses on small business lending and small business technical assistance and we encourage CDFIs that provide small business lending to participate. We also welcome CDFIs that offer other lending products to participate, though our findings will primarily focus on small business lending and technical assistance. Please share the survey with your networks to help us increase reach.
